Prepare a concept design for a feasibility study complying with the following requirements outlined in the Park Royal OAPF:

Open space and public realm works:

• Improve links between the ASDA site and Middlesex Hospital.
• Provide a new public space in the middle of the district centre.

• Improve the junction at Abbey Road and Park Royal Road.
• Enhance the Middlesex Hospital bus interchange.
• Provide a new bus lane along Acton Lane.
• Provide pedestrian crossings across Acton Lane.
Project Description

In light of the The Park Royal Opportunity Area Planning Framework (OAPF),  Mouchel was appointed by Ealing Council as a consultant to carry out a feasibility study specifically for the Heart of Park Royal Junction on the highways and traffic management design . The feasibility study was part of the report published for the community and other relevant parties consultation.
