This refurbishment of a duplex penthouse provides an ideal living and entertaining space for our client. With balconies on the second floor and a large terrace on the first, spectacular city views of Yerevan are provided while also allowing natural light to flow into each room.

 

Tim Flynn Architects designed specialist joinery units, which were manufactured in Germany. Finishes included Iranian marble, as well as bespoke soft furnishings and furniture giving this inner city apartment an elegant, distinctive and graceful feel.
