Project Description
Flat 1 is a maisonette apartment  located on the lower ground and upper ground floor of 141 Beaufort St, which is a 5 storey brick, terraced property that was built around the turn of the 20th century and was subsequently converted into 3 apartments.

The property is not a listed building and is located within the Chelsea Park/Carlyle Conservation Area.

The property was arranged as a Living/Dining room, kitchen, 3no bedrooms, Master en suite and a family bathroom and had stepped terrace garden which was hardscaped with perimeter planting contained by brick garden walls to either side and a two mew’s properties to the rear.

The proposed development was part of the re-organizaton of the internal layout; a small extension with green roof to the lower ground rear of the property, which follows the line of the neighboring property at no. 139, replacement of external stairs, balcony and associated balustrade; removal of existing casement windows and reinstatement of timber sash windows to the front and rear elevations.
