Project Description
The proposed refurbishment of Flat 3 at 1 Carlos Place was subject of a Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent. 1 Carlos Place is a Grade II Listed Building, terrace with 2no. retail units to ground floor and residential flats above.

It is situated in the Mayfair Conservation area between Grosvenor Street and Berkeley Street, on the north side of Mount Street. Flat 3 is a duplex apartment (1st and 2nd floor) that enjoys a front façade to Mount Street in Mayfair, one of the most fashionable and fi ne districts of London since the 18th century. Flat 3’s rear façade overlooks the rear of properties at Mount Row.

TFA was granted with permission to make minor internal layout alterations and a general internal refurbishment to Flat 3 at 1 Carlos Place in order to suit the lifestyle of the current owners. Interior design was performed by TFA's  client Auberry Ltd.
